1. Data controller
Controller: Javier Saavedra GalianoPrivacy email: suggestions@minute.tools
This policy explains what data is processed when using minute.tools, why it is processed and what rights users have.
2. Data processed
Tools
Text, numbers, documents and other data entered into the tools are processed in the browser and are not sent to minute.tools. Users should avoid entering data they do not want processed locally or displayed on screen.
Website use
The hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP address, date and time, browser, device and requested URL to provide the service, prevent abuse and protect security. Retention period: Vercel retains technical logs for the period applicable to the account plan: 1 hour on Hobby, 1 day on Pro, 3 days on Enterprise and up to 30 days with Observability Plus, subject to the service configuration.
Suggestion form
If a suggestion is sent, the title, description, intended use and, if provided, email address are processed. The form sends this data to FormSubmit, an external email delivery provider. Retention period: minute.tools retains the suggestion and associated emails for as long as needed to assess it and for a maximum of 12 months. FormSubmit applies its own retention periods under its privacy policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide tools and keep the website secure: the controller's legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of the user's request.
- Receive and answer suggestions: consent given by checking the form box and sending the data.
- Display and measure personalized advertising through Google AdSense: prior consent for non-essential cookies and technologies where required by law.
- Keep evidence of advertising preferences: a legal obligation to demonstrate consent or a legitimate interest in managing withdrawal, as applicable.
4. Google AdSense
When activated, minute.tools may use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, device information, interaction data and approximate location to select, limit and measure ads according to their settings and policies.
For the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the setup must use a Google-certified consent management platform and, where applicable, the IAB TCF framework. This website's informational banner does not replace that certified platform. The base AdSense script may be present, but ad units and personalized advertising must not be activated until that integration is complete.
More information: how Google uses information from sites and apps and Google's EU user consent policy.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with the hosting provider, FormSubmit for the form and Google or its advertising partners when AdSense is activated and a valid legal basis exists. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using mechanisms provided by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Buy Me a Coffee receives data directly when a user visits its website. minute.tools does not control that processing.
6. Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable. They may also withdraw advertising consent through Cookie settings without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise rights, email suggestions@minute.tools and state the right being requested. Users may also complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) where applicable.
7. Children
The website is not specifically directed at children. Personal data is not required to use the tools. If a parent or guardian learns that a child submitted personal data, they may contact the controller to request deletion.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information under the controller's control. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Local tools reduce data transmission but do not replace security measures on the device or browser.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version is the one published on this page, identified by its update date.
